The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website, as well as all transactions conducted on or off our site.


Purchasing and Shipping

PayPal is our preferred payment method. We are verified with PayPal and are in full compliance with their customer protection policy. When making a purchase online, our interactive shopping cart will direct you to PayPal to complete the transaction. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction. If you prefer to not use a PayPal account, you can choose the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” option and simply use a major credit card to complete your transaction. We also accept credit card orders over the phone, and cashiers checks/money orders. If paying with cashiers check or money order, please contact us via email.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders without notice that are suspected to be fraudulent. After placing an order, you may be contacted for further verification of your identity and/or payment method. Failure to cooperate with any such requests may result in the cancellation of your order.

All products are shipped in unbranded cardboard boxes to the shipping address you provide during checkout. After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review the information you submit to make sure that it was entered correctly. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly and the order ships out, any fees related to shipment intercepting, rerouting, returning, etc. will be the responsibility of the customer. With the exception of pre-orders, items normally ship within 5 business days of payment clearing and are generally received within 7-14 days of placing your order. On some rare occasions, products can take a maximum of 2 weeks to ship, depending on our inventory. A proper form of identification and your presence at the time of delivery may be required to complete delivery of your order. If for any reason a product is not ready to ship within one week of the time you placed your order, you will be notified.

For shipping addresses outside of the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Minor Outlying Islands) or located in another country, please contact us for a shipping quote.


90-Day Money Back Guarantee on All Purchases

All of our products come with a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products within 90 days of receiving your order, you can return your order for a refund of the price you paid minus shipping cost. All we require is a brief explanation in writing for the reason you’re not satisfied via email. The refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear back on the original method of payment. Return merchandise must be in as-new condition, in original packaging, with all pieces that were originally included. Any missing or damaged pieces of the return will be deducted from the refund amount at our discretion. Shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage of your return shipment is recommended to avoid total loss. Return shipping costs, labels, bill of lading, pickup scheduling, and any other necessary documents or efforts are the sole responsibility of the customer. 


2 Year Limited Warranty: Grozeebo Grow Tents

All of our Grozeebo grow tent components are under warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (2) years from the date of original purchase. If a defect is determined, 118 Grow Concepts, Inc. will choose to (1) exchange the defective component with a new one or (2) provide new replacement components as soon as possible. If the component has been tampered with or it is found that the damage was caused by the customer, there will be a repair fee associated with the return of your product. If it is determined that the product is un-repairable, we will notify you immediately. If damage has been caused by abnormal use, neglect (such as water or sun damage), the warranty is void. Both shipping and repair costs are covered under warranty. Warranty coverage is ultimately left to the discretion of 118 Grow Concepts, Inc. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.


118 Grow Concepts, Inc. may require proof of purchase for any guarantee or warranty claims. If purchase was made from an unauthorized reseller or original owner, warranty coverage will be void. Warranty is not transferrable to any third parties.
